This tour is intended to provide sufficient local area knowledge during pre-view or early onset of an assignment. The program covers matters related to banking, expat neighbourhoods, local customs, medical facilities, and accessibility to daily necessities.
Careful consideration is given when studying the client’s need analysis to provide an optimal match of an available rental unit in the market. Viewing of properties will be done physically as the first choice and virtual viewing if the first option is not possible. While striving to achieve optimal negotiation, we will advise clients on the market norm and local nuances to make informed decisions and avoid pitfalls. We will assist our client with all administrative work and all task lists leading to moving in including checking inspections and attending to defects in the first month.
This is a post-move settling-in program with the aim of accelerating the familiarization process. The program includes topics that may cover conversion of driving license, domestic help, car leasing or purchase, leisure options, or recreational club.
We provide information on schools offering a specific country’s national or international system. Our consultant will fix appointments with school administrators and accompany you to schools and brief you on the process of enrolment and administrative guidance.
Ongoing support either for a periodical term or throughout the tenancy. Support includes sourcing and recommendation of contractors for works required. We provide guidance on maintenance work and cost assessment. Negotiation for dilapidation when a dispute on cost and liability arises.
Exiting a country hassle free will prepare you well before you are ready to move on to another assignment. We help you to terminate your lease, disconnect all accounts and assist with returning the property to the Landlord with the joint inspection. The goal is to retrieve your security deposit at the end of your lease.
